Ridiculous customer care service, you will not receive a refund from this store. Quick to collect the item you are sending back, yet replacing it or refunding it won't happen. Not in your lifetime anyway. *********!

09 Jan 2019, 09:57So let me tell the story of my experience with Snatcher. I decided to do all my Christmas shopping here as its the first time I heard of them and their prices were quite decent. So I ordered a few items as gifts. One of them was a 3D printing pen for my son. After about two weeks from the order, the items were delivered. The 3D pen I order came in a baby pink colour. As the website did not allow me to choose a colour nor did it specify anywhere that a random colour would be shipped, I asked them to replace the 3D pen with a colour suitable for a boy similar to the image shown on the website for the item. I was impressed with their quick response and same day pickup of the item. After they came and picked up the pick pen they informed me that they did not have stock on any other colours only pink and purple. I could either choose other products of similar value or ask for a refund. I then choose other items of the same value. After almost another two weeks still no items. Sent them an email asking when the items would be delivered and they told me that they are still waiting for stock, I can ask for a refund if I don't want to wait. Seeing that this was a week before Christmas I then asked for a refund as I knew I had to buy other items for Christmas now. Christmas came and went and no reply from Snatcher after they said they will send it through to the refund department.
After literally emailing them almost every single day, asking for feedback without any reply from them, they finally responded with an email to the refund department today. Looks like their not ********* after all, as they show intent on refunding the money. We will see how long this process will take.
I personally will not use Snather again in the near future or maybe even ever. They do not care for their after sales service. As soon as they have your money and you have your items their quick responses are done. If those items are wrong or faulty you won't have a pleasant experience with them. They need to mature as a business and realise what's important to keep their customers coming back for business. Worst online shopping after sales service I have ever received from an online store.
