Do not recommend to use this online shopping channel

Really disappointed. Second time ordering from Snatcher and again order wrong. 1st time an item was short and other part only part of the order arrived. The support was quick to correct I have to say, but then I ordered again end Jan. Ordered scale. Looks used. Full of scratches. Also ordered 3x card holders. Came without straps. Honestly did not appreciate the feedback on the email as stated that will first have to check item and then they will decide if relevant when obvious scratches are evident in the photo. A month later and item has still not been picked up for return. Also still no feedback on the straps never returned after I have followed up for a second time. Both deliveries also took much longer than other online shopping brands.
