Do Not Order from Snatcher

I bought a hot air brush in July, after 2 months it blew. I purchased the exact same product again in September, used it once and it blew. Smoke came billowing out of which I have pictures which were sent to Snatcher. They are refusing to take either of the items back as I no longer have the original packaging! They have both my order numbers as proof of purchase and I have sent them pics. Should I be unhappy with my purchase for any other reason I can understand this policy however I am returning as they blew up in my hand. I suffered a burn due to this happening! Do Not buy from this company, there are plenty of other more reputable online stores to purchase from that do not find every excuse not to refund.!
