DO NOT ORDER FROM SNATCHER
I am so disappointed, this is my first time buying from SNATCHER, i placed my order and received confirmation of my order, i received my order today and will you believe me if i say this is not even close to what i have ordered from them. I am very disgusted and would not use them or recommend them to my friends or family this is the worse online order i have came across. I called them to lay my complaint but they are not taking calls i have to sent an email to log my complaint, I need them to call me ASAP , and i want my order rectified and delivered to me in the next 24hours

O my word is this happening really, i have been sending mails for the last 2 day and the only reply i get is we will look into it, i need answers on how far is my correct order and when will i receive it.
Is this online shopping company really this bad that they do not communicate with customers or with one another.
Make sure i receive an answer on my questions, here or on email.
