Do not order anything through Snatcher!

Totally disorganised, bunch of chancers. I returned the product because it was broken. I then requested a refund. I then received an e-mail from them asking if I returned it in the original packaging. Why would they ask me that? Didn’t they checked it when they received it back? Any way I an still waiting on my refund.
