Do not buy goods from this online retailer

I purchased a robot vacuum cleaner from this online store. I reported the device to be faulty within the warantee period and let me tell you this company is not willing to provide after sales service. If you are a consumer who is concerned about warranty s and guarantees, do not purchase from this retailer as they do not provide great support at all. My query is being educated to the ombudsman this is how bad it is.
