DO NOT BUY FROM SNATCHER!!!!

I placed an order on the 01 June 2024. After weeks of no communication, I had to follow up with them. Eventually I was told there was an item from my order that they were waiting for stock of. I waited patiently. On the 04 July 2024, I received the order, incomplete and no communication. I have sent various emails using their ONLY communication tool, which is the *** email address. To date no one has responded or called/emailed me. This was the worst experience!! Even buying from China online is a better experience!!!
