Dissatisfied with the service “snatcher” this is supposed to be a gift.

They were quick to collect the faulty Action Camera I ordered. But to date I have not received my refund. They stopped answering my e-mails. Told me there was a technical issue with my refund. I have sent them about 10 e-mails demanding my refund. Today is the 2nd of July 2023…. Still no refund. I returned the camera end of May 2023.

Honestly the worst service I have ever seen. They should learn from other companies.
