Dissatisfied : Dissapointed Customer

Good day#Black Friday I am a very unhappy customer, I am a long standing customer @ Snatcher but lately experiencing bad services First I didn't get all my stuff I ordered, when I query about it, they just said it's out of stock(if I didn't query) I would still be waiting, as no one even try to correspond Second bad experience I am still waiting on a order I placed and paid for on the 25th October and it's now the 10th of November 2023, Whenever I send them an email, they just respond with the same robotic messages, bit nothing is being done.

I am taking my money else where as they just lost a Good Customer Sec
