DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER

I ordered in Dec 2020 it was delivered and all the products where incorrect and 1 item was not delivered. Numerous Email were sent, response was that items will be collected on the 4th of Jan.... No one arrived.... When I call the office no answer (9 MIN) and no response from email communication - LAST EMAIL RECEIVED 22.12.2020. PLEASE HELP - *** - ORDER NUM SNT42712.
