Dissatisfied and disappointed

1st time & 2nd time I ordered all went well, goods were delivered on time, my order was proper all was well. 3rd time around 😭 I've ordered goods and receive the after a month of ordering. The Daud order I'd out for delivery whereas courier service knew nothing about it. Worst part they only delivered some of them the rest are still with them. We're in August and I still haven't received goods I ordered in June. There's no number to call and enquire, on emails they tell you they are personally following up however no update will be done,next thing your order is on the queue however it doesn't arrive to you. I'm so disappointed I wish I never ordered so many gifts at once
