Dissappinted

It was my first time buying from snatcher. The delivery was fast, however i was surprised by thier packaging. I bought 6 diamond whiskey glasses and one was completely broken and the other one had a chip. they did not use bubble wraps for such delicate items. i called, logged a return items and up until now i have not yet heared from them email. So i am dissapointed.
