Dissapointed Customer

Snatcher has disappointed me 2 x in my last purchase. They act as if we place orders by writing instead is by selecting their advertised product. My 1st purchase was in August 2019 where one of the orders came back with incomplete units. Guess what September was spent busy with returns and refunds. At the end, I accepted their voucher and placed a new order with that discount. Unfortunately yesterday one of the orders was incorrect again. Is that fair?
