Dissapointed customer

Lately their service is vey poor.i wrote them an email telling them i got a broken shoe rail that i orderd to them. they never rep**** to me untill today. Two times they forgot to dispatch my order.you have to push them in order for them to dispatch.ay i am getting disapointed.at first their service was good of lately its worse than ever. I am stuck with a broken shoe rack.
