DISSAPOINTED CLIENT LEFT WITHOUT MONEY AFTER MAKING DUPLICATE PAYMENT ON SNATCHER AND ORDERED ITEMS NOT COMPLETE.
Snatcher is a DISASTER and a DISSAPOINTMENT. I made an on order on 3rd November 2023 and after several days checking on my order I was told that some items are out of stock. WHY SELL ITEMS THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK. I requested a refund for those items and because i also made a duplicate payment by mistake, ITS OVER A MONTH STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND WITH NO UPDATE FROM SNATCHER.
I will not advise anyone to buy on snatcher, its bad BAD BAD.

06 Dec 2023, 08:37To be honest, I do not think you understand the inconvenience you have caused already FOR OVER A FULL MONTH. Noting that due to the delay of the order, I had to buy some of the items i had already ordered.
I AM HIGHLY DISSAPONTED!!!!!!!!!! I DO NOT BELEIVE THAT YOU APOLOGY IS SINCERE AS YOU MENTION.
I NEED A TANGIBLE UPDATE.
