Dissapointed!

Communication sucks! I tried to cancel the order as it took too long and there wasn't any confirmation or tracking number, they wanted 15% handling fee for what??? After 3 days, I've send them email where is the order and they wanted proof of payment??? The payment went through Payfast, they send them confirmation of payment. They send me example of how the transfer payment should look like, it went through Payfast's Zapper, the only proof I could send. It took 2 days to accept the proof. Another 3 days for packing and another 3 days to send it. I received only the lights and waited another week for the TV stand. Bought garden lights to lights up the garden when it's loadshedding and 32 - 64cm TV stand. Lights shows only small light just there where you put it, not even lights up the garden and only for about 44 minutes. The stand is flimsy and not for the size TV I wanted - TV can't fit into it and very small!!!
