DISSAPOINTED
I placed my order on the 16th of October. They contacted me a few days later and said one item was out of stock. I asked for a refund and almost a month later I haven't received my refund, and I haven't received nor hear anything about the rest of my order either. When I send emails asking about my order, when I should expect it, I just receive a response saying "Please be advised your refund has been marked with urgency and the accounts department is working as fast as possible to resolve the matter". At this point I'm not even sure if I will receive my order!

29 Nov 2023, 13:01I managed to receive some of my orders after writing the above review. However I was told AGAIN that some of the items were no longer in stock. I asked for a refund , which I was told has a turnaround time of 7 days. Up to now, I haven't received any refund for all my out of stock items. The first refund for the first item that was said to be out of stock, I asked for it on the 23rd of October, and the other refund for the other o/s items I asked for it on the 14th of November. There is no communication about that refund.
