DISSAPOINTED

I have been a client for many years, but in the last couple of months they seem to go down etc, I ordered an item, and received it, but it was not working and this was returned. A week later the customer service emailed me asking if the parcel was collected. lonG story 27 email later they returned the item to me, well, what a disappointment. The box looked like it came out of the ******* bin. They then wanted to collect the item and refund me, but this is a birthday present, well a late one because of them I have all the pictures,, VERY VERY DISAPOINTED AT THIS MOMENT AND TIME I WOULD NOT GIVE THEM 1 STAR. KINDLY NOTE THAT THIS IS NOW THE SECOND ITEM THAT HAD TO BE RETURNED TO THEM
