DISHONEST SERVICE

I recently purchased some items from Snatcher. After much disappointment of being told that the item I paid for is out of stock I decided to request a replacement item. It took the agents another several days to meet my request that too after several calls. After receiving my long awaited order I had a balance owing to me. To date my account has not been credited with the money that's owed to me. People need to stay far away from Snatcher they're absolutely dishonest. #BLACK FRIDAY.
