Dishonest online shop

Ordered goods on the 18th of December and was promised delivery within 10 Business Days. By day 9 my order was not even processed or packed. I requested a cancellation of the order aa the package would definitely not be packed and delivered within the 10 day period. I was bluntly tols that they are happy to cancel but a 15% cancellation fee applies. I questioned this aa they were not keeping to the promised timeframe but was gives a dead ear. I was told to supply my banking details which I did. I asked how long the refund will take and I was told they have a 7 day turn around time. 6 days later I went onto the site to see if the order has a refund status, but order still showed pending. I again emailed to enquire on the progress of my redund to just be told they need banking details and proof of bank account (which was not requested before). I then queried this and again no response but, if you want your refund, supply the documents. I sent the proof of banking details. I was again promised that the turnaround time for the refund will be 7 days, this was 3 January. To date I have no refund. When I query or request proof of refund all I get sent is a copy paate message to say there is a backlog of refunds and they will get to it when they gwt to it. I have now eead the reviews on Social media and this seems to be the norm with Anatcher.co.za
