Dishonest company

I have purchased an item on the 18th July 2023.I have sent an email regarding my purchase 2 weeks later, to enquire why I still haven't received my item, I received a reply that said they awaiting stock, then 3 days after they messaged me to say they don't have the item, and they would refund me, I have submitted my banking details, aswell as proof that the banking details does belong to me. I have sent my 5th email this morning regarding my refund. And no on responds, qland you cannot even call them because they no longer accept calls. This company is a **** do not ever purchase from them. Their items are cheap but they are dishonest, trying to get a refund or a response is impossible
