Dishonest behaviour

Good morning. I am so disappointed as well as angry about Snatcher Online. I purchased items on the 31st May 2024. I have sent 15 emails becos this company does not communicate via calls. Only emails. I received no response from the company. Dorothy Maake responded once saying that she will contact the warehouse. Such dishonest people it's unbelievable. No customer service at all. These are stuff I require.I have paid for the items. Why is Snatcher not responding to emails. May have yo take legal action against these people.
