DISGUSTING SERVICE. WON'T REFUND MONEY

I placed an order in Feb 2023. 1 item was OOS, I was not refunded to date. The customer service claims they are backlogged. Upon delivery of the rest of the order X2 items was damaged. I requested a refund for the damaged items together with the OOS item. Snatcher confirmed via email they will refund, today they delivered replacement items WHICH I DIDN'T ASK FOR AND GUESS WHAT BOTH ITEMS ARE DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY. They are full of dings and scratches.

When I called customer service there's an automated service stating they no longer receive calls and I need to email.

I have been emailing since Feb and they refuse to refund my money!!!!
