Disgusting service, bordering on theft!

Ordered 12 days ago and my order is still processing!!! Please can I have an update on my orders? I have emailed you, posted on FB and messenger, and now hello peter. Appalling service. The payment was received but no further feedback from you, this is absolutely ridiculous. Please provide feedback as soon as possible.
