Disgusting service and no customer support whatsoever

As usual you have managed to embarrass me again by sending the wrong items. Initially I ordered a purple lava lamp and and a purple Rotating lamp. You told me you had no purple rotating lamp only blue . I asked you change both lamps to blue, you then said you had no blue lava lamps. I looked on your website and the blue lava lamp was available. After that, you ignored my emails. Yesterday when the the child opened his present, he had a blue rotating lamp and a red lava lamp! To top it all, the lava lamp which was supposed to be be a purple glitter lava lamp, is not a glitter lamp at all. Your service has become shocking and I am most unhappy with this purchase . I have never had this problem with Takelot and to even try and return something to you is virtually impossible. Your customer support and following up on complaints is virtually non existent. I will think twice before purchasing from you again
