Disgusting Service

I ordered an item from snatcher almost 2 months ago over the value of R1100.

Nobody responded to my emails, there is no number to contact them on and they took my money and did not deliver to date! DISGUSTING AND I WILL NEVER PURCHASE AN ITEM FROM SNATCHER EVEN IF I’M DESPERATE!! They have not even processed my refund from my previous order even though I forwarded my banking details. Basically they are owing me money and an order over the value of R1100 and refuse to get back to me. I’m APPALLED!!
