It has come to our attention that we are no longer able to get the Sacca Transporter Cot and Double Storage Ottoman in stock which is currently holding up the dispatch of your order.

We would like to offer you a store credit voucher or a refund for the out of stock item.

Good morning

I am highly disappointed and irritated with Snatcher as I ordered these items on the 17/05/2019. The carry cot does state out of stock but the ottoman is still online as having stock available. I do not understand why I was not advised the day after I ordered as I would have bought the items elsewhere. I am not interested in a store credit voucher as I will no longer be ordering from Snatcher. Please refund my money into my bank account ASAP. I will order my stuff from Take a lot as they have the same items in stock and do not take 3 weeks to deliver. Please advise on credit amount. Thanks for the poor service received from Snatcher. I did not know a company upgrading their systems took 3 weeks and till this second nobody bothers to answer your phones. This says a lot about your company and their staff.
