Disgusting customer service from Snatcher

I purchased a toddler swing on the 27th of October and was told it will be delivered within 2 weeks. I followed up on my order on the 14th of October and was told that the supplier doesn’t have the product and was given an option of refund or store credit and I chose refund. I requested for a refund on the 19th of October, I haven’t received my refund and I have followed up three times already. It was my first time making a purchase from Snatcher and I’ll never buy anything from them. I’ve had a really bad experience. I’m still waiting for my refund and they haven’t responded to my last follow up email, it’s very upsetting.
