Disgusting after service!

DISGUSTING AFTER SERVICE!!! Received my order to find its the wrong color plus is chipped and immediately made contact to which I got a reply saying they will see if its available and revert back to me and nothing to date!!!!! Then businesses wonder why they fail??? Business isn't just about selling its a lot about the after service too!!!! Its not the fist problem I have encountered with this company as their after service is atrocious! I sit with not only the wrong colour item but a chipped one too that I cannot use as this needs to be resolved! :(
