Disgusted

Absolutely disgusting. I placed an order on the 23rd November. I am still awaiting delivery. It is the 30th December. On the Snatcher website my order is complete, but I am still awaiting an item. There are no further updates. You have to keep on asking. Just to be told that its been looked into. A few emails later I get given my tracking number which I already have. Buffalo Logistics have the worst most confusing non existing updates on their site. I would rather pay more and order through Take a Lot
