Disgusted by snatcher

I bought 5-in magic pans from Snatcher and upon delivery i didn't like their pans so i wanted to return them but when i call them to come and collect the items since what i saw on the internet is not necessarily what i got, i was very much suprised when they tell me that they are going to charge me 15% handling fee, i mean handling fee for what cause i called snatcher the following day after those pans were delivered. Well i was told to send them the pictures of the items i want to return as if they dont know what i ordered.. I did that and i send them an email with the pictures then there was no feedback from them, i have been waiting for them to come and collect the pans then after i did a follow up then they send me another email that i must deliver the pans to them!!! What the hell is this? First of all Snatcher is an online shopping so there are possibilities that a customer might not like the goods upon delivery so now snatcher is charging us 15%handling fee and again they are saying we should be the ones liable for the returns? Why is this? Is Snatcher selling goods that are not of good quality and then making profit from customers on their handling fee? And also they making they return policy so difficult in order for their customers to be stuck with their products! This is really poor customer service maybe snatcher need to learn from good online shopping like superbalist. Why is it difficult for snatcher to collect their goods and give me my refund. What ****es me off is their rules are changing each amd every minute. I would never advice anyone to buy from snatcher because you would be stuck with their products, according to their email i must deliver their pans through door to door courier so even if by any chance i was staying close to their premises then i wouldn't hand deliver them. Never buy anything from snatcher!!! Who charges handling fee on online shopping!!! Wow
