Disgusted

I did not receive a response as yet as to why I was only notified when this order was being delivered that the power bank was out of stock? and this is the second time this has happened with my order. How is it possible that this product was added to my Chart and paid for a product that is out of stock? Furthermore on my last order the box was in bad condition whereby there was a tear/hole in the box large enough to fit my hand where products could be removed app 20 to 30cm. I need an explanation for all of the above queries.
