Disgruntled Customer

My orders took more than a month. I managed to receive some of my orders after writing a review here. However I was told AGAIN that some of the items were no longer in stock. I asked for a refund , which I was told has a turnaround time of 7 days. Up to now, I haven't received any refund for all my out of stock items. The first refund for the first item that was said to be out of stock, I asked for it on the 23rd of October, and the other refund for the other out of stock items I asked for it on the 14th of November. I haven't received any of those refunds, and am not sure if I'll ever receive it. There is no communication whatsoever about that refund.
