Disgraceful products/Staff/Company

What an absolute disgrace!!! I ordered 3 items for my daughters birthday: 1. One item never arrived 2. The other two items that did arrive, arrived in boxes that were open, damaged and torn. 3. The one box was missing an item and a koki was dried out and never worked! I have emailed Snatcher, I have phoned, I have written about them on FB! I have still not heard back from them!! So not only did they take my money but they don’t seem to want to refund me for the absolute **** that was delivered!!! PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!! What a disgrace in every way!!!
