Disappointment galore!!!

The absolute worst EVER!!! One their site it says up to 10 working days for delivery, i got my order yesterday close to 15 days later. 3 items was not packed, one item completely wrong, one item 1/2 broken, one item major disappointment and one item is good. I have sent a message via their site, I don't expect to hear anything back nor to get a refund on the items which was not packed. People, do not read the reviews on their site, I think those are from the people who works there. You cannot call them, they do not answer emails or the message on site. Buy from Shein, from Temu or where ever else NOT SNATCHER. All they do is SNATCH your cash.
