Disappointing turn around time

Snatcher was recommended to me by a friend and advised that their service was quick and easy, I admit ordering and making payment was easy and they prices are wonderful and affordable, I placed an order on the 26th and my payment reflected on the 27th of July(the last update) today is day 6 (working days) and my package hasn't even been packed and I haven't received a tracking number. I ordered these items thinking they would be delivered by the 4th as they are gifts and they are needed by the 5th. Your turn around time is really BAD, next time I decide to order from you I will order a month before the date I need the item. I'm really disappointed, from hearing that you are fast to actually experiencing the opposite.
