Disappointing Snatcher!

I placed an order on 22 April with Snatcher, just like numerous orders placed before. This time my order took almost a month to be delivered, with no communication at all and worst of all, my order was incomplete, yet I paid for all the items ordered. There is no way to get hold of this company telephonically and my emails are just being ignored completely. I will never order from them ever again and will ensure that none of my family or friends make the same mistake by making use of them. At least make contact with me to try and resolve the matter instead of ignoring me. Your reputation just went down the drain because of your ignorance and I am really disappointed in your service and ethics when it comes to your customers
