Disappointed with service

Most disappointed with this online shopping site. I ordered things on the 16th May 2023. Waited , received no tracking updates. Contacted customer service site twice and when they finally rep**** they said that package done and will be fetched by courier for delivery. Straight after receiving that email I received another one informing me that one of the items I requested is unavailable. So I'm paying this company to deliver to me now one item, that I can't use without the other. Very upset 😡 and very disappointed. Won't recommend to anyone. You'll wait forever for your order. Poor service delivery
