Disappointed/ unhappy customer

Ordered over R1000 worth of Christmas presents 2nd Dec 2022 - was told that I would get order 7 -10working days - then the order went to wrong depo - VEN HUB and then I had to go collect myself at the CPT HUB on Friday, 23rd Dec 2022. Disappointed as I got wrong colours of inflatable and cell phone ring. What's the point of the option to select colours when they just give you any colour. Secret Santa gifts were ordered and now I want to return because I had to buy something else and was told that I have to pay a 15% handling fee. Ridicules ... worse online site ever! No ETA listed on products
