Disappointed in Snatcher

The first and probably the last time i ever buy from Snatcher. I've ordered and they were quick to take my money on 25 March. Yet to this date my order on Snatcher just says "Unfulfilled". I was looking forward to place an order monthly but now i dont think i will.

What gives? Can you cancel and refund me or at least DELIVER!!!
