Disappointed customer

Utterly disappointed in their service. Snatcher is the most unprofessional online store, their level of customer service is extremely poor, their agents do not know what's going on. I didn't receive delivery of my item and was given no feedback, their agents didn't know what was going on and was given a different excuse everytime I called to query the status of my delivery. I then cancelled my order and its been a week of endless calls to Snatcher for my refund which I was promised to receive within 3days, again their agents don't know what is going on and have the world of excuses as to why the refund hasn't been done.
