Disappointed at Snatcher

I am very disappointed at Snatcher ,I returned my purchase on the 18 August 2022, and they sent me an email informing me that they will refund me within 7 working days. I have sent them email to remind them about my refund , until now no refund has been made to me. I am just frustrated
