Disappointed

Very disappointed . Bought an air fryer since the 22 April and it was delivered on the 3 May but since been unable to use it as the socket has a manufacturer default, it smaller than it should be so it doesn't fit in any plug or adaptor. Send several emails and pictures to snatcher about it and nothing was done so far. And since my last email on the 10 May haven't received any answers to my request. Very unprofessional
