Disappointed

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with my order. I ordered 6 items. My order was not fulfilled with 2 items so snatcher support said they would process my refund in my days which I haven’t received. From the other 4 Items, 3 items did not work properly so I have to send them back🙁 very disappointed for my niece and nephews as I had to get last minute Christmas gifts for them
