Disappointed

I have always ordered from snatcher in the past without any issues. But last month 17th I placed an order expecting to see my order at least within a week as in the past. But nothing order just shows in progress. I then proceeded to cancel my order and get my refund sent my bank details as requested. Still waiting for my refund or at least an email. Have they changed management because this is the 1st time I am experiencing this with them so disappointed
