Disappointed

Bought 2 x 100watt solar lights from snatcher. Very disappointed, as the product appears to be second grade. The boxes were opened and 1 box did not have the mounting bracket or remote control that were suppose to be in the box. Do they actually check what they are sending to their online customers?
