Disappointed

I made an order to arrive for Christmas and they did promise to dispatch it in time. Arrived the 23rd, but 5 items out of the order didn't arrive. I lodged a complaint and still no answer. Very disappointed. They promised delivery but this partial deliver is not acceptable. Haven't heard from them since then, although I paid for all the items I got half.
