DIGUSTED IN SNATCHER - AGAIN!!!!

NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Plus I am going to posy this all over social media. I posted the below review on 20 May. You can see Snatcher's response. Today is 2nd June and heard nothing back. They havent even asked what headphones they are pictures order nuber etc. To them it's extra money to me it's alot of money and an autistic child very upset as I can't afford another pair. They said they arent noise cancelling but it even says it on the box. I can't pay courier costs to send back to them and plus the deduct 15% or handling fee then sent for inspection to see i they can be fixed!!!
