Devin Samuels- Snatcher Online

I have had a bad experience. I have ordered pots, which took more than 7 working days to arrive. Once finally received the post were damage, which I have sent back to snatcher. Up 7ntil today I am still waiting for the post to arrive after paying R800. I hope that I will be getting some sort of compensation for the inconvenience as this is out of the 7day period first of all and secondly I had to put off my plans as a result of the inconvenience.
