Device first use fault

Order arrived after 3weeks because they use an unprofessional courier company. Few days ago decided to test the device and it eotked for 10mjn then stopped working.

Logged a return request after 3 days of back and forth I was told they will book a courier to pick up. It's been 3days of no response to my emails.
